Februray is coming... And I do need some holidays! Lying on a daybed in front of the ocean at the W Retreat & Spa, diving into turquoise water, having a bath while looking at the sky from my bedroom, dining on a white sand floored deck branching out over the lagoon at Huvafen Fushi. Just relaxing. Closer to paradise.

Villas from US $735 per night for the W Maldives resort, bungalows from US$880 at Huvafen. But anyone who loves doesn't look at those material details, does he? Ask George Clooney or Kate Moss if you don't trust me! (no, they were not there together, I never said that).

If you really prefer the One & Only Reethi Rah Hotel, I won't mind that much (beach villas from US$1050).
